We offer full refund or store credit within the first 30 days of your purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund or store credit of any kind. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

We only replace items that are defective or damaged upon delivery. For additional assistance and details, send us an email at Cremasproducts@gmail.com with your Name, date of purchase, item # and photos of the damage.

After your order is approved, your Body butter will be hand-crafted.
